The Capela Camp is above all a basketball training camp aimed at progressing and developing one’s individual technique and game.

The key words are work and rigor in order to be as close as possible to a professional preparation method. We want to give young people the opportunity to surpass themselves, to reach their best level both sportingly and psychologically thanks to the support of elite coaches but also through the intervention of high-level athletes or sports doctors. Each speaker, as well as Clint, come to share their expertise on different aspects in order to expose participants to what an athlete must take into account in order to excel on and off the court.

We emphasize the notions of physical and mental preparation, mobility and recovery.

Clint is keen to offer a unique opportunity to progress in the best conditions.

He is therefore present throughout the week to share his experience as well as his work values which have allowed him to reach the highest level.

The framework set up is developed in consultation with experts who provide meals adapted to athletes and are GRTA certified.

The first week: Training sessions take place in several gyms in Meyrin to accommodate as many participants as possible in the best possible conditions.

The second week: Training sessions take place at the Sous-Moulin sports center to accommodate as many participants as possible in the best possible conditions.
